		<description>Hey, I could have sworn I saw &quot;SOLD OUT&quot; signs on their billboards last summer/fall...so where did these 9 unsold suites come from?? Maybe the developer had planned on keeping some units for resale themselves, and now has to forego that option due to bankruptcy?</description>
